Within the Viewer's toolbar, two drop lists are available that provide photo size selections, one for your email message and the other for a large version that can be accessed from the message through a "Maximize" button or a click on the photo- depending upon your preference.
It is suggested to provide smaller photos in the email message to save "real estate" space, however, regardless of photo size or quantity displayed in the message the email file size will not be increased.

 

After selecting photos in the Viewer for email, the film Strip displays the selections for processing and additional details like the total of all file sizes. Picture Emailer leverages web space for ultra fast photo exchanges, the photos you select are loaded onto your personal web space that is provided by us or anyone you choose. the photos are then linked into email where they display with your message. The Web Meter on the Filmstrip keeps you informed of how much web space is used, how much space your current photo selections will use and how much of your total web space is available.

 

 

After selecting O/K, the processing form below uploads the photos to your web space using an automated connection process, whereas broken connections are repaired and the process finishes from where it left off. The speed of you connection will determine the length of time it will take, not how long till you get a failure.To you this means Picture Emailer can prepare your photos unattended between photo shoots even while you're mobile, drive between cellular towers, not a problem.

Don't let the complex look of the processing form intimidate you, while locate a pretty picture to stick over it, think about the work your saving and how nice it is not using a traditional photo sharing service. When the processing has finished the Picture Mailer opens ready to send. Simply add your comments and send to a list. Notice there is also a URL with each message you create, you can provide this in classifieds or use it for what ever you want. Don't worry, while your photos are held online, you can simply select to use the secure lock option to prevent unauthorized peering eyes.

 

When you run out of web space you can add more to your subscription allowing you to keep photos available longer, use your own web space or manage the web space you have by using the maintenance form. Move files on the left to the right and you can visually see how much space you will recover before selecting to delete.

 

How about editing photos before sharing, printing or saving? A double click on a photo opens it in the Editor so you can navigate and focus on even the most minute details of your mea-pixel photos. The editor is a powerful photo and HTML editor, providing not just the ability to edit the photo but to create selective content with the power of HTML. Simply select the hotspot tool, drag it across the content you want to provide. Now when you preview or share a photo in email, a click on the selective detail and you and your recipients are provided with a maximized preview with extreme detail of the selected subject area.
